How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Information: When contacting us, please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return is approved, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow for additional processing time based on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Different Sizes or Colors: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please specify this in your request. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

Please note that certain items, including but not limited to customize & personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
